Everything; the kind and welcoming hosts; Alexander and his lovely wife and father, proximity to town, grocery shops, bakeries, ATM and cafes. Cafe Objectif & Noas are good places to rekax and eat. Both have lovely water views and the Studio apt has a view of the lake too from its balcony and window.

Very pleasant stay
The hosts were super sweet and welcoming and the room was very clean and had all of the necessary facilities. The location is perfect and close to all of the supermarkets and the city centre/ old town

Perfect location close to the lake, promenade and all the downtown shops, bars, and restaurants!
This place had an incredible view of the lake and is a very short walk (about 50 ft or so) from the water and the promenade, then it's super close to all the shops, restaurants, and clubs/bars. Everything is super close, which is number one! Also, the room was very clean and I felt like I was the first person to have slept in it, plus, the hosts were awesome! They were always available to answer questions about the town and give recommendations, and made us feel very welcome. I would recommend this place to anyone I know!

The view was extraordinary, everything was near by the apartment. The hosts are wonderful, very friendly and always asking if we need anything in the apartment or if we need a help to visit places while in Ohrid. The accommodation was great and clean all the time. Rooms wide open, bed extra comfort, everything very clean and wonderful hosts. Definitely going there the next time.

Fabulous welcome, fantastic Apartment!
Most friendly and helpful host ever, so lovely and great first impression of Apartments. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. The bedroom was spacious and very confortable. The apartment is close to the beach and the center. We heard absolutely no street noise. Great host that know the true value of customer service.

Great place right by the water and near all the city’s attractions!
Came here in the summer and the hosts were so friendly I immediately felt welcome. The rooms were cozy and clean, but you don’t need to spend too much time indoors, cause the apartments are right by the water and close to all the bars and restaurants (5 minutes walk to the old town and 10 minute walk to Cuba Libre and Kadmo beach bars). I’d recommend this place for anyone. Will definitely come again!

Perfect stay in Ohrid city centre
Modern apartments in a quiet street just 5 min walk from Ohrid Old Town and just in front of the lake. Street parking free of charge for the guests. Apartments are equipped with kitchen appliances should you decide to eat indoors, but there are plenty of nice restaurants in the old part of the town worth visiting and quite affordable. Apartments are kept clean.There is free wi-fi available free of charge. The landlords are very polite, pleasant and willing to answer all your needs. I have been many times to Ohrid and stayed in different hotels/villas, but ever since I stayed at Matjan Apartments I have now a place I will go back to again should I visit Ohrid again.

Everything was in perfect condition. Clean, nice, comfortable. Basically, you have evrything you need. Lake is nearby, city center and old city are few mins away walking, a lot of shops and stores around. Strongly recommend!

Nice stay!
I had a 10-day stay and everything was fine! The citycentre, Supermarket, bars & cafes are next to the apartment and you can go for a walk at the ohrid lake aswell.The checkin and cleaning was easy going!

This is definitely the best place to stay in Ohrid! Fantastic familyroom with a lakeview and A/C avialable.Clean and comfortable appartement.It`s only 5 minute walk to the local beaches, restaurants, bars/cafes, shopping strip and historic sights.The staff are friendly and helpfull. Lots of parking space :)

Apartment rooms were clean, modern and very well equipped. Beds where extremely comfortable, has a very nice view of the sea and city. Everything within easy walking distance. Helpful and friendly staff. I highly recommend this apartments.

First of all Aleksander is awesome guy! Totally positive and helpful person who will make you will feel at his apartment as at home! His apartment is completely equipped and furnished, right in the center of Ohrid - amazing Lake View from terrace!! with walk distance to super markets, great restaurants and pubs (f.eg. Mojito right at the corner ;)) 101% I recommend the stay there!

Aleksandar was an outstanding host. My friend arrived with a different flight and he kindly agreed to pick her up. He also arranged for a taxi to collect me from the airport. He was very helpful and accommodating. Everything in the apartment was great and it was very clean. We were a bit cool at night so we asked for extra blankets and that was perfect. The location is ideal, right at the lake. I strongly recommend this place.
